We are now coming near to the end of Black History Month and it only right that on the 29th day we highlight a part of our history. One part of our history is how when the British came to Jamaica in the 1600's they brought with them the tradition of easter hot cross buns which was than adopted with a little Jamaican twist to create Jamaican Bun. And where can you get a better Jamaican bun then the freshly baked buns at Old Trafford Bakery.
