Job outline:

• 8-16 hours a week (flexible):  

• Monday-Thursday  

• 10:00-14:00 

• One evening a week 

• To oversee the engagement between TYFDSAI and its members.

• To promote the TYFDSAI referral program within the TYFDSAI Community.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

​

• Respond to emails and enquiries from prospective members 

• Respond to emails and enquiries from existing members 

• Support new & existing members to help them to become three-star members 

• To update member satisfaction surveys 

• To promote special events and initiatives  

​

Skills and Qualifications: 

​

• Good Customer Service skills 

• Customer Contact skills (online & calls)
